Process Capabilities: Chixin Tech produces 1-12 layer FPCs (5×5mm to 240×2000mm) and 3-10 layer Rigid-Flex boards (10×10mm to 240×1000mm), featuring 0.05mm line width/spacing, 0.075mm holes, ±5%/10% impedance control, and multiple surface finishes (ENIG, OSP, etc.). Delivery varies by order complexity, with standard lead times and real-time evaluation for special processes.
