Shenzhen Chixin Electronics Co., Ltd., established in 2012, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of FPC flexible circuits, rigid PCBs, and rigid-flex PCBs, with comprehensive one-stop services including SMT assembly and DIP insertion. Our products are widely applied across diverse sectors—automotive electronics, communication equipment, new energy, medical electronics, industrial control systems, smart home technology, consumer electronics, security devices, and AI human-machine interaction—enabling us to deliver prompt, practical, one-stop solutions to our clients.

With over a decade of focused expertise in FPC manufacturing, Chixin operates a complete in-house fabrication process. In 2016, we launched our SMT and DIP production lines, which have since expanded to a total of 12 lines equipped with medium- and high-speed machinery from globally renowned brands such as Panasonic, Siemens, and Yamaha. We have also introduced the industry's most advanced AOI inspection systems and X-Ray detection equipment, and established an internal intelligent electronic component warehouse to rapidly fulfill customer BOM requirements. We are committed to providing fast, reliable FPC prototype fabrication and volume production services.

To ensure uncompromising quality management, we adhere to a modern QES management system and hold ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certifications. Our products are CE and RoHS certified for the EU market and UL certified for the United States. We vigorously promote automated flexible circuit production, equipped with a full suite of machinery including automatic material cutting machines, automatic drilling machines, automatic stiffener placement machines, high-precision UV laser cutting machines, fully automatic screen printing machines, inkjet coders, vacuum laminating presses, and vacuum packaging machines—achieving an overall automation rate of 86.8%.

Furthermore, we maintain an in-house laboratory outfitted with high-precision polishing machines, peel strength testers, salt spray test chambers, and other apparatus for incoming material inspection, finished product testing, and anomaly analysis. To ensure cleanliness during lamination and assembly, we operate a Class 1,000 cleanroom, wherein particulate contamination is strictly controlled to fewer than 1,000 particles per cubic meter. In terms of raw material sourcing, we consistently utilize products from premium global brands including DuPont (USA), 3M (USA), KB (Korea), Nippon Steel (Japan), and Shengyi Technology (Taiwan), thereby providing reliable quality assurance right from the source.
